What are your management fees and how are fees billed?

Clients are billed quarterly according to the annual rates indicated below:

1% of the first $1,000,000 of principal market value, plus .8% of the next $9,000,000 of principal market value, plus .6% of amounts in excess of $10,000,000.

Fees can be either deducted directly from the account or billed to a client directly, depending on the client's preference.

Who does your trading?

Steven Charles Capital uses only outside brokers to execute trades, including Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney and Wachovia Securities.
